How long will my order take to dispatch?

All products are made to order with the greatest of care. Orders will be made in the order that they are received by me. Due to these things and the size and complexity of your own order, products can be ready for dispatch from between 3 and 10 days. Once they are dispatched I can take no responsibility for the delivery time.
What if my order needs to be with me by a certain date?

If you have an event date, please state it in the "Add a note' section after your product has been saved to your cart. I will contact you and let you know if this is possible. If for any reason I am unable to honour your order for a specific date you will be notified and refunded.
